How to do sumif with more than 3 criteria

    Dear Friends,

PFA the working file for your reference.

For sumif, my criteria would be combination of I3, I4, col. J.
Is there any formula which are derive the results mentioned in final output sheets ?

    Please assist.

    Use SUMIFS instead of SUMIF.

Re: How to do sumif with more than 3 criteria

The syntax for SUMIFS is slightly different than for SUMIF. Basically, the range_to_sum comes first after the open bracket (for SUMIF it comes last), and then it is followed by pairs of terms which define the criteria_range and then the criteria, like this:

    =SUMIFS(range_to_sum, criteria1_range, criteria1, criteria2_range, criteria2, and so on )

The ranges must all be the same size.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
