Windows XP : excel 2003 formula

Hi everyone,

I want to write a formula which will join two areas into one.

In this spreadsheet I want to have various members of the workforce (hidden and entered in cell via the list function) so when I pick a member from the list the next cell has a formula to see the member I have picked and then enter that members team leader automatically.

If anyone could help with this (just as a pointer in the right direction) I would be most grateful.

If so, your first instinct should be to change the thread title, before you post anything else in this forum.

Edit: I had not noticed that the thread is older than 2 days and you can no longer edit it.
