Windows 7 :Assign applications to a specific NIC and/ or specific port

I am wonder if there is a way to statically assign a certian application to one NIC in peticular. I have 3 NIC on my media server and would like to have the media streaming out from one NIC all the time instead of windows deciding what is best (we all know windows doesnt always know what is best for itself lol) any help or advice would be appreciated, been kind of racking my brain over this. Just to be preemptive, modifying the routing table doesnt work because it will not alow specific port assignments on that nic, static routing over the network on the router is improbable.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
