Windows 7 :system restore lost files

Hello,

How do I recover files after system restore wipe?

I had a lot of viruses so I did a system restore using a recovery CD and wiped everything, forgetting I had really precious stuff on there and now its gone. Could someone please help me if possible?

Have you googled "undelete files" .. let me know? There's a bunch of options out there...

First of all, system restore will not delete the files which you have saved on my documents and desktop. It will only restore system files.
However, if you want a recovery software please try with "Recover my files". It will work .

It mostly happens.. many of our personal files get deleted in System Restore...But they can be recovered using some recovery software.. you can Google them.. as I use File Scavenger Data Recovery..
