I have a user on an XP laptop that cannot map to one of our network drives when she logs on. Drives are mapped through a generic log on script that we all use. I'm getting the following results:
1. Log on as her to her laptop, drive not mapped or comnnected. Neither can I map the drive manually after log on.
2. Log us another user on her laptop, drives mapped successfully.
3. Log on as her on another users laptop, drives mapped successfully.
The above suggests to me that there is no issue with her user account on the domain controller as I can log in on another laptop successfully with all drives mapped. I can also log in as another user as on her laptop that she has a problem with successfully. Any ideas what could be causing a problem within the user profile locally on her laptop, I'm not sure where to look?
