It's impossible to know from what you've posted what you consider 'proper allignment'. That said, you might use the following Word macro for some preliminary clean-up of the rows where the 9-digit number beginning with 9 is split.
After that, I suggest you paste the table into Excel and do whatever alignments you want to have in Excel, not Word.
