Super Weird Bug - Figured It Out, but Dont Get It

So I'm making a scheduling app that will also be a database with tons of metrics so ...blah, blah, logistics, blah.
Anyways, I added tons of VBA, but upon opening the file again, Id get "We found a problem with some content ...". After choosing to repair, my workbook formatting is completely screwed up. For a few days I was debugging VBA only to find out today that it was a formatting issue. By deleting row 7 (just below the frozen pane), it was somehow triggering this bug. There is no information kept in row 7. Why is this happening?!? I mean, at least I know whats wrong with it, but normally I understand the bugs; this one has left me clueless. File is attached, try for yourself. Any insight is much appreciated so I could avoid a similar bug in the future.

    Regards,

Luke from a small trucking company

I ran CodeCleaner on it and had no problem.

But did you try deleting row 7? It wont open without error after!
Im running Office 365 on Windows 10. Its a 64 bit processor, but Office install is 32 bit. Could that be part of the problem?

I ran CodeCleaner, then deleted row 7 -- no problem.

    Excel 2010 32-bit, W7 64-bit.

To clarify, I mean row 7 in the sheet, not the code. I deleted my code before posting so you guys cant laugh at my amateurish coding skills.

Right, row 7 on the worksheet.

Did you read my post? Did you try CodeCleaner?
