Automatic color change in graph depending on reference cell color

I have created a sales overview chart.
Each customer is listed in row A
Sales status year to date in row B
Sales status last year in row C
Deviation % in row D (row B vs row C) (color formated depending if < or > than 0)
% share of total sales in row E
Ranking in row F

The graps show ranked share of sales in %
Deviation % is shown to the right by each line in the graph.
I would like to show by color if the customer is behind or ahead of last year so the color of each line changes depending if the cell in row D is <0% or >0% (deviation %)

Can this be done?
