ActiveX Combo Drop Down Box Questions

Hello All!

I am using Active X drop down box list because I wanted the option to adjust text size etc. My question is there a way to make each text option in the drop down a different color? I am using more than 1 of these drop downs. I have attached the file. It is a shop clock in/out simple sheet.

Will this work ok since I am using the same drop down list for 14 people? All I did was just to copy and paste the combo/drop down list for all.

Could this excel sheet be converted to a webpage even though it has activex and vb programming?
