How to make the condition formatting pattern continue?

On sheet "Diary" i want the condition formatting pattern on row 24 and 23, to go all the way up to 2. What is an easy way to do this? Also why do i have to multiply the number on "Web Import" sheet by 1 for the number to work with condition formatting?

    Any help is appreciated!

    Welcome to the forum!

There is no conditional formatting on the web import sheet.

I have fixed the CF on the diary sheet:

    1. The formula references need to be to $B2 (not $B$24) - this allows each row to use the correct row for its calculation.
    2. The applies to range for each rule has been set for $C$2:$F$24 (not $C$23:$F$24).

    Hi Coleon,

The values on Web import are now text so yes you will have to make them true numbers for conditional formatting to work. But if multiply by one will work will depend on your local settings for decimal separator and thousands separator. the comma's in the numbers indicate they are intended as thousand separator. So if you also have comma as thousand separator on your pc then multiply by 1 will work.
If you use a point as thousandds separator then you might want to use find and replace to find the comma's and replace them with nothing (leave replace blank) then also the numbers will convert to numbers.
