Hello everyone. I need help with the formula below.
It looks like the formula is not recognizing count for dates that are older than 01/01/2017. it works just for otehr two criteria, but not for the date. Can someone please help me to figure out the issue.
=COUNTIFS( TAMPLET!S:S,">01/01/2017",TAMPLET!AC:AC,"<=30",TAMPLET!AD:AD,"Paid Late")

If you put the date in it's own cell, you can then just reference it - if you need to change it later, change the cell, not the formula
