Find highest number before numbers start descending

Im using windows 10 and excel 2016

I am trying to come up with a formula that finds the highest ascending number in a sequence, the numbers are across columns

e.g. 1,2,3,4,5,4,6,7,3 The answer I want is 5

e.g. 5,4,3,6,7,8,9, The answer I want is 5

e.g. 1,2,3,4,5 The answer I want is 5

There are 30 columns in total if that makes a difference

Because after 5, the next number goes down.
