Pivot Chart Remove Sum of

I have a spreadsheet with two columns showing percentages by commodity already. When I transfer to Pivot table/Chart the columns are coming in as "sum of" I don't want these to sum just to transfer over as the values they are already. I tried changing the field but that didn't work.

It may help someone in attempting to resolve the issue if you could upload the workbook from which the screen shot is taken by clicking on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scrolling down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window. Be sure to include at least a few of the values you want to see in the pivot table, so that the person working on the problem will be able to compare their results to yours.
