MS Date Picker has various issues and does not work for 64 bit install of Excel.

Instead, use one of many custom date pickers you can find in the web.

    Ex:
    https://trevoreyre.com/portfolio/excel-datepicker/
    https://www.rondebruin.nl/win/addins/datepicker.htm
    http://samradapps.com/datepicker

    Should work in 365.
Click any cell A2 to A100.

It is a simple VBA/UserForm with three comboboxes & a command button.
Right click on Sheet1 tab dropdown menu select 'view code' this is the worksheet event that triggers the 'datepicker' and intercepts the 'target cell'.
The rest of the code is in the UserForm.
I tried to submit the code (between code tabs) however site firewall blocked it thinking it was HTML.
