    How to put entire paragraphs into an Excel Cell.

    Hello, Ive been having the hardest time trying to figure out how to insert full paragraphs into excel without creating massive cells that distort the sheet. I am working from a sheet my predecessor who has left the company had and I cant seem to replicate their formatting. I have tried wrapping the text, formatting merging etc and I cannot seem to get it right. Ive attached images the first is my predecessors sheet the second is mine. I would appreciate any information on the matter, google hasnt quite answered my question.

    One method would be to use WRAP TEXT in the cell. Then reduce the height of the row to match the others.
