Rearrange data that come in row.

Hi,

I'am Ika. I am currently being assigned to provide time spend for each assignee and need to exclude pending hour. The problem is the the data comes in rows.
Attachment is the data that i need to work on. I really have no idea on how and where to start. Seeking anyone expert here.

Tq for your response.
See, under each name, there might be "Pending" duration. The "Pending" duration might not be there, might only one or might have many.
I actually want to exclude those pending hour. The data is actually showing the whole life cycle of all ticket.
For example, if you sort the Mi_Value = Mubeen Taj, you can see the he had move a same ticket number to "Pending" status.
Basically, i want to count sum of duration and exclude the pending hours.
