Access full size pictures from cell

Hello All,
I’ve had some limited exposure to Excel during my career.
Currently trying to use Excel as a tool for managing a couple of workshops
in my retirement. Mainly keeping track of tools, materials and other items.
Not going real complex here, just Item name, location, description and a picture.
The problem is in getting a “decent” picture in Excel 365.
I can insert and resize but then I just have a little picture.
Ideally, I would like to click on the cell and have the full size picture pop up.
I would even be happy with clicking on the cell and having it take me to the
picture file location. ( I just want a full size picture without having to blow up the one I put in the cell) I’m trying to teach myself but hit a dead end with this one.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
