Does anyone know if I decide to go with Office 365 instead of my Office 2016 loaded on my PC, does all my outlook files have to be saved and reloaded first, or does 365 replace my current 2016 and connect to my .pst files?

Welcome to the forum.
I don’t know the answer, but if you back-up everything before you upgrade, then you can easily import it all afterwards.
