    Select a result from a list that maps to a list of values

    How would I write a formula where if column B8 says 3rd then Column H8 would say 432 or if column B8 says 2nd then Column H8 would say 288? I

    n all I need 1st = 144, 2nd =288, 3rd =432, 4th =576 as one formula for column H
