Hello! I am going crazy agaaaaain... :D
I have column A, column B and column C
Table 1
Column A: long list (100 rows) of various categories associated the specific bill (example: "food", "other", "cafe", "gas")
Column B: contain the value in currency of the item
Table 2
Column D: I have the list of these categories, so D1 is food, D2 is other, D3 is cafe, D4 is gas
Column E: FORUMLA NEEDED HERE --> I need excel to sum (for the speific category in column D) all the values reported in coulmn B that match the category....if coulmn A contains column D category value then sum all values that meet this criteria
