out of memory message when trying to create a form

Hi All!

I just built a new Ryzen 9 3900X on an ASUS TUF gaming X570-Plus mobo, with 64 Gig of Ram, seems like memory should not be a problem.

I'm designing a form in an Excel sheet with 36 columns, right now just one row. I want to get a template by creating an auto form first, but when I try that I get a msg box "There isn't enough memory to complete this action. Try using less data or closing other applications."

I have rebooted a number of times, there are no other apps running, everything else works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your post.
This particular sheet is all by itself in the workbook, it has 36 columns and only one row of data as I am just starting it. there are maybe 8 calculated fields max.
