We've just started using 365/Excel to manage my son's healthcare. He logs vitals, medications etc in an Excel table. We'd like to have the "parent" Vitals Log file reside on a home cloud server which is constantly/instantly updated by entries on both our phones and desktop computers. It would be nice for the parent file to be updated via entries made in the field while we're away from the house as well. We both are running Windows 10 on the desktops and Android on our phones. His is newer, mine is older - with some syncing issues to Windows. My copy is still without it's license - authorized, but not fully installed (working on it).

We can get the file on his phone to update (almost real-time) the desktop file, but it's intermittent (like, maybe at heavy traffic times of the day?) and it's a problem. If the data doesn't show up immediately, it can cause conflicts about which entry is correct.

We're new to cloud servers as well as Excel so every bit of help and advice is welcome.
