Office 365 online word wrap in Excel, auto row height doesn't work

I am using the Office 365 Online version only

I have a Microsoft form which data is collected in an excel spreadsheet on worksheet Form1

On Sheet three I have the data organized in a user-friendly format.

The issue is the auto row height feature will not work.

There is a formula that spills down column a-c

How do I get the Auto Row Height to work?

attached is the link to the worksheet
