I am looking to use conditional formatting to change a number of cells grey, if another cell contains the word No - If C3 contains No then D3-D6 (which contains text)will be filled with a light grey colour.
Can you advise please

Formula CF rule for D3:
=$C3="No"
In the Applies to box D3:D6.
