Indirect list from another workbook

Hi all,

I have a workbook with a job card that I need to indirectly reference my stock list in another workbook. How would I go about doing that.

I have already created a list called 'Tires' in my stock workbook saved under (i.e.) C:\desktop\Stock
Now I want to reference the list I created indirectly from a drop down in my Job card workbook saved (i.e.) C:\desktop\JC

Job Type 1 Tires
Job Type 2
Job Type 3
Job Type 4

Stock number
Indirect (Tires)

Depending on the selection made by job type, the stock number needs to indirectly reference a list in another workbook.

Please help

Re: Indirect list from another workbook

INDIRECT only works on open files, so if your source file is closed, it will return am error.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
