    Outlook 365 - need help on how to pin email to top (if possible)

    Hi there,

    We have an email address that has multiple people working in the inbox based on categories, there unfortunately is a high volume of emails in that inbox waiting for resolution before filing away. My question is, is there a way to pin an email to the top so I don't have to keep searching for it when I need it?

    Based on what i understood from your question, you can drag and drop the email to the favorites, the top left on outlook
