Duplicate/Copy of workbook opening up

I've come across a strange problem.

I took workbook FY21 and copied it from the server, not Save As, naming it FY22.

When I open FY22 is opens up FY22 and a copy of FY22.

What is even more strange is if someone else opens up FY22 on their computer, the copy opens up on mine computer not theirs. They only see the original.

Anyone had this problem and have solutions

Solution found. Opened up Properties and selected Excel again as open by. Seems to have fixed it.
