Question Conditional Formatting with 2 Conditions Problem

Hello to all. I'm having difficulties on creating a new rule to highlight the rows in blue color if the budget is less than $50,000 and the evaluation is excellent. Even though I use the AND condition, it doesn't follow the rules in coloring it into blue.

Your rule needs changing to this:

    =AND($B2<50000,$D2="Excellent")

Remove the $ before the row.

Not quite enough! The first reference needs to be $B2, NOT $B6.
