MAC / PC issues with page formatting

Hello all,

For work we need to send back and forth an excel spread sheet between me(pc) a colleague (mac). It works for the most part but we have an issue with page formatting. On my computer (PC) the text appear bigger or the cell smaller. Generally does not fit and appear the same way.

We both use Office 365.

Any clue?
