Hyperlink issues

In my worksheet I use a Hyperlink to speed up my emailing process. In the following formula, everything works, until F2 becomes longer than 17 characters. Example F2="ID 12345678 Chris" works, but when F2="ID 12345678 Chris H" i get #value errors. Below is my formula

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&Sheet1!A1&"?"&"cc="&Sheet1!E1&"&subject="&'INV List'!F2&"&body="&'INV List'!E1&"%0d%0a"&"I have assigned "&F2&" "&"to you for review."&"%0d%0a"&"Please let me know within 48 business hours if able to Rx or send to OAH.","Send Email")

ANY advice would be GREATLY appreciated
