General Networking Question

My pull sheet is two excel workbooks. I use Office 365. My machine is a windows 10 machine. I use a VPN to connect to a replicated sql database. I need my assistant to be able to do this as well. I personally put both files on her hard drive. IT installed the VPN software. I believe she is using the same versions of excel and windows but can’t verify that until tomorrow.

I have no issues logging onto the vpn and connecting to the sql database or our network drives.
She can log onto the VPN and access our network drives but will not connect to the sql database.

The connection is a VBA script. Since I literally pasted my workbooks to her hard drive she’s using my script.

Other than confirming software versions what else should I look at to troubleshoot the issue? Obviously I am not a network genius. But, I already know that IT is going to just say that it’s an excel problem.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking.

Hi, thanks for looking. I'm sorry it took this long for me to circle back. I don't know what authentication is used. Networking isn't my thing and the connection script was provided by the company that runs the inventory managment web application. We replicate the database nightly so that we can run sql queries and get datasets not available using the controls on the web (real time) application. All I do know is that it works for me. It works for others in the company. But it doesn't seem to work with my assistant. Here is the connection VBA.
