instant cloud flow failure at "get a row"

Hi

been pulling my hair out with this one, every time I run this flow it fails at the same point, this screenshot shows what the error message is I'm getting the method i'm using is get a row i've set the excel spreadsheet up correctly but it still fails any help is appreciated and if more detail is required please let me know.

The failing point in my flow is when it tries to send an email to the responder, initially I thought this was linked to the responder not having a 365 email but aI have tested it with a 365 email account and still the same problem.
i decided to copy the emails addresses via a spreadsheet and use the trigger "get a row" but again the flow failed, I now don't know what else to check, the complete flow should send emails to the responder to complete the flow.
