Hi, Is there a way to recall emails in Outlook365 after the 30 seconds allowed?

First, let's first clarify what you want to recall. Are you talking about recalling an email that you sent to another user in your Microsoft Exchange domain?
Second, I have never heard of a 30-second limit. Where did you learn about that?
I have also heard of the 30 second grace, but have never used it (dont recall where I heard of read about it though.)
Just googled it...
Again, from google...How do I delay sending 30 seconds in Outlook?
Delay the delivery of a single message
In the message, on the Options tab, in the More Options group, click Delay Delivery .
Click Message Options.
Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before check box, and then click the delivery date and time that you want.
1)How to recall a email in O365
Go to the Sent Items folder 2) Double‐click to open the message you want to recall 3) From the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message. 4) Click Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message, and then click OK.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Ford, those sound like two separate features.
I am not familiar with the 30-second rule but it sounds like you delay the time from when you hit Send until when the message is actually sent, giving you a "remorse" window to cancel the send. All of this would be local to the mail client.
The Recall feature is part of Microsoft Exchange (not SMTP), and allows you to request the recall of a message that has already been sent only within your Exchange system. However, even when you do this, in my experience the recipient has to acknowledge the recall request for it to work. They can choose to ignore it and keep the original email. Many users are misled because you can click on Recall for a message sent outside your system, but it won't have any effect.

Yup. I agree they are 2 separate issues, I was just posting what I googled on 1st) the 30 sec option, and 2nd) the recall option.
I think though, that once it's sent, it's sent...period. You can recall it, but if it's been read, you cant unread stuff lol
