Power Query apply data type to list

I'd like to add a data type to a list in power query , this list i have is used as a running total ,

I have tried using this,

but get an error, I've left this in the attached document, the full scenaria is for a running total.

I know I can change the data type at the end but would like to incorporate it into the code is possible.
