DAX measure selected by slicer

Hi,
I have a pivot table where the mesure used is selected by a slicer,

The Problem is if no selection is made I have 'no selection' but i don't want this in the totals,
So I remvoved that using IF ( ISFilTERED ( ,

So I'd like total when a selection is made but a blank when no selection is made, the other question is does does putting a measure withing switch remove formatting as I had to put percentage back by using FORAMAT. I attached workbook some explanations and what I'd like to see.
