Power query Previous and current values

has anyone any suggestions on how to get the current and previous row?

And then using this in a divsion, I'd like to get this all in one step, no helper columns, so using the above as a stiep in the editor, without adding the columns and then using

is the , each _ {1} referring to List.RemvoeLast ? I've been tryin to break it down, in a bit of a mess.
