Percentage change dynamic array (SCAN, LAMBDA)

    Hi all,

Can you please suggest how I can construct a formula with SCAN and LAMBDA or any other combination for calculating percentage change by comparing the current month expenses with the previous month expenses, if I have all the values in a single column.

    Please check the attached photo.

I would need to get a single array that have as much rows as the column containing the values.

So in my case the last column with the percentage change should be a dynamic array.

    Works perfectly.

I just added IFERROR to the last calculation in case the base amount is 0, as I already made schedule for future months with no data at all.

    Thank you very much.

Do you think SCAN can do the same?

Glad to help & thanks for the feedback.
IMO scan is the wrong function to use.

Why not just set up your data as an Excel Table, so any normal non-spill formula can just extend automatically when more data are added at the bottom of the table?
