"You do not have access to use this database."

So I am trying to open a password protected Access database and getting the error message "You do not have access to use this database. Please contact your Manager and Small Systems for further information." I am able to access it manually and have verified the password param and path is correct. I have also tried removing the password encryption and still get this issue.

That error message sounds like something that is custom for your environment, not part of Access. Have you contacted your manager and Small Systems?

If you can't open, what do you mean you can "access it manually"? What steps do you take that lead to the error, and what steps are you taking to "access it manually"?

I now realize this error is fairly unique with the codebase I'm working with, I have traced it down to the user authentication and have been able to get things working since. Thanks though!
