    Excel NOW() usage

    Hi. I have a problem when I am trying to count times.

    I would like to use NOW() to count what time is it after x time. I am trying to do it with =NOW()+(cell that includes another time I want to count).
    And the problem is that the NOW() updates itself when I am trying counting another times in another cell. Is there a way to lock NOW() so it won't change after I count another details?

    For example (The problem): It is 16:10. I want to know what time is it after 2 hours using NOW(). I put =NOW()+(cell that has 2:00). But when I do other things in Excel the NOW() won't be 16:10 anymore. It might be like 16:11 or 16:12 (depending on current time) and I would it to stay in 16:10.

    I hope, that someone can help me with that!

    Welcome to the forum.

    Yes, there is a way, and it is fairly well-documented.

    Scroll down to the section on timestamps here: https://www.spreadsheetweb.com/excel...e-calculation/

    You will find a scenario similar to your own that you can adapt.

    CTRL-SHIFT-COLON ( : ) enters the current time in a cell and is non-volatile. The keboard shortcut is probably different in SF... it would be typical of Microsoft.
