import text from email message into Excel for processing

I get an email after our front desk completes a livechat with a customer. I have no way of processing or trackign these other than the individual email I receive that includes the transcription and a few details about the conversation (time, category, survey results, etc.).

My goal is to import these into Excel so that we can modify and track customer questions and survey responses.

Does anyone know an easy way to do this in bulk (i.e. 8,000 emails at a time)? The emails also contain a .txt file that contains the information as well if this is easier to process or import...

Based on the minimal information you provided, you hopefully have a similar standardized format as described here.
