objAttachments.Item(i).SaveAsFile Corrupting .csv file

Upon saving a .csv outlook attachment the resulting file is corrupted, first 2 lines opened in note pad:

"�PNG
IHDR   ��

sRGB ��� pHYs � �
�+ tEXtSoftware Microsoft Office�5q IDAT8O���kAǿ3;�٦?���9-���A*�I("

The file I have been using to develop the script is the exact same file, just sent as an attachment at an earlier time. When I save this same .csv to my desktop and open in notepad to compare to the wire that wasn't corrupt the files appear identical. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
