Good Morning (Afternoon/Evening)!
I have a number of template (.oft) files that I occasionally use. The problem is that when I want to choose one, I have to open each one until i find the one that i am satisfied with. I can create a directory and store each in something like an MS Word format with same name, but am hoping that there is a more elegant preview/viewing pane solution out there.
Thoughts?

Maybe I'm missing something, but can't you just save the .oft file with an easy-to-recognise name?
Message_to_technical_dept.oft / Weekly_report_to_boss.oft / etc ?
If you really want to be able to preview each one, then you could create a new message with one of your .oft templates, save it as .msg and move that .msg into a sub-folder of your mailbox - you can then just use the Outlook preview pane to preview it.

If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
Perhaps if each of roughly 20 and growing were less complex, or perhaps if my memory were better.
It sure would be nice if the dang things could easily be screened as thumbnails or previews, as .doc* files can be in either Directory Opus or File Explorer!
