    An OST file is cache for working offline in Outlook. You don't need an Exchange server. You can just open the file in Outlook.

    What have you tried so far?

    OST file is basically the cached information of your emails stored locally on the machine. Try using outlook to open OST file (cached mode) or you may use third party application to convert OST to PST. [commercial link removed by Moderator]
