setup recurring email

How can i setup an automatic recurring email. I've tried the solution from here, https://community.spiceworks.com/how...ail-in-outlook, and it worked initially, but has since stopped. I've tried the recurring Task route but all the instructions are for older than 2016 and do not line up the same so I can't be 100% sure I did it exactly right, but it didn't work.
