    Missed or disappeared messages

I work in middle company, my tasks include sorting of email correspondence. We all use Microsoft Outlook, as I remember of version 2007. The problem that dozen of messages were disappeared from my Inbox Folder this morning. Moreover, our technical IT specialists now are on vacations. I can't appeal to help to them. I only have couple of days to solve it....

    Re: Missed or disappeared messages

Do you use Microsoft Exchange for your email system? Or do you just use Outlook as an SMTP client?
Are all your inbox messages gone, or just some?
Is there any pattern or commonality to the messages that are missing?
Have you checked your Deleted folder?
Do you have web access to your email? If so have you logged in to see if the messages are available there?

How is it that you entire IT staff is all on vacation at the same time?

To restore your saved Quick Steps, use the following steps or type in Google fix outlook 2003 or any other query. On it I found out following tips, articles, guides, resources

    https://support.office.com/en-us/art...4-60458afc5253
    https://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/...andrestore.htm
    https://fixoutlook.recoverytoolbox.com/

    1. Follow steps 1 to 7 of the backup process mentioned above.
    2. You should now see a folder called: Quick Step Settings. Right click on it and choose: Open associated contents table.
    3. From the menu bar select: Folder-> Import-> From MSG…
    4. Browse to and select your saved Quick Step file and press Open.
Note: You can also select multiple files at once or select all the items in the folder via CTRL+A.
    5. Verify that the “Load style” dropdown list is set to: Load message into current folder.
    6. Press OK.
    7. Close all open dialogs to close MFCMAPI or repeat steps 1 to 6 for any other mailbox that you have configured in Outlook and wish to restore the Quick Steps for.
