Printing ONLY attachments of a certain folder semiautomatically on demand

    Hello Outlook experts,

I have an issue with my Outlook mail attachments.

I get every day around 50 emails from specific senders that are all moved from the inbox to a special folder automatically with an Outlook rule.
Every morning the attachments (PDF´s), and ONLY the attachments need to be printed. Right now I do that by hand, with selecting every mail and choosing Quick Print on the attachment.

My question now is, if there is a possibility to do that automatically on demand. It should not print immediately when the mail goes into the folder. Only manual with a push of a button, so to speak, it should print all the attachments.

Any ideas and solutions for that?

Thank you very much in advance.

This utility will get you part of the way. It will read the email in an email folder that you specify and download attachments of the type you specify (in this case *.pdf) to an Excel Folder you specify and move the mail to a processed folder and mark it as read.

The utility is a "fill in the blanks" and then click a button. It was designed to switch between multiple folders, but works just as well with only one.

From here you'll need a piece of code to read all the mail in a the download folder, print it and move it to a processed folder. If you need this piece, let me know.
    Attached Files Attached Files
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

    Hi dflak,

sorry, no external programs allowed. I have to solve it with Outlook and VBA/Makro.

    Hi all,

I found a solution to my issue:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
It works great, the only issue left is that it should delete the PDF´s it safed in the Attachments folder, after printing them.

    Any idea?

Thanks in advance for the help!!
