I would like to be able to enter a new appointment that auto repeats once, but in 20 working days. It would need a reminder set for 2 days before as well..... it also needs to enter it into a secondary calendar.

Would something like this work?
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
