Forwarding attachment

when you receive an email is there a way to automatically forward the email to a folder

assuming you are using Outlook, yes there is
click on file > rules and alerts > new rule
the dialog box should take you through the steps from there
you will have options to move or copy the email to a folder and also set conditions (e.g. only from particular users or with certain words in the subject line)
