My spreadsheet is perfect as is however its taking a while to save because the formula is reading columns instead of a small database.

When i modify the below formula,
=COUNTIFS($B:$B,">="&N1,$B:$B,"<="&N2,$C:$C,"Pending")
To this:
=COUNTIFS($B$5:$B$100,">="&N1,$B$5:$B$100,"<="&N2,$C$5:$C$100,"Pending")
Cell N4 returns": #VALUE.
Why is this not working?

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
