To better explain the title, I am trying to transform a pivot table to show the following screenshots as an example. I've also attached the file. Is this possible?

If I am understanding correctly, then this Power Query Solution should work for you
Power Query is a free AddIn for Excel 2010 and 2013, and is built-in functionality from Excel 2016 onwards (where it is referred to as "Get & Transform Data").
